quick thoughts

that poor 19 yr old girl killed in a car crash, the look on family members faces when their loved ones are all done, the look on people faces when their all done, two brothers gunned down in extreme violence, man with one leg drives through an intersection and takes out motorcycle riders, seeing what happens to a corvette when it slams into a telephone pole, the feeling of amonia on your skin, specifically your balls! man shoots himself with 9 mm in head and still lives for about an hour longer, parents who didn't give a shit that they found their 5yr daughter upside down in a pool. they didn't even want to go to the hospital. certain fires when you get that nervous feeling that just creeps into your mind. always being reminded how fast a fire speads. the smell of other peoples feces.

Finally the utter ignorance of the majority of the population in terms of the proper use of the 911 system. Parents should educate their children so when they grow up they will be able to determine when it is proper to activate the 911 system. scratch that, someone should educate the parents about the 911 system. You should only dial 911 when it is an emergency. Sounds simple enough, but you can't even begin to comprehend the abuse of this vital service. It is a monumental waste of time and money, and potentially deadly for someone else when you tie up allocated resources. For instance if you have had a pain in the leg for 3 days, either drive your self or have a friend drive you to the hospital. Don't call 911 just because your neighbor left their lights on. Don't call 911 for directions. Don't call 911 for information. Don't call 911 to complain about people next door.
